A calmer day
at the front desk.
An interactive concept demo exploring a distinct workflow with sample data.

Local demonstration only. No live system is connected.
Start with a useful question.
An imagined service business has to coordinate appointments, availability and follow-up. How could the day’s work be made easier to scan?
The design direction
Servicebook explores a day-first schedule with clear service information and visible appointment states. It deliberately stays a concept rather than pretending to be a functioning booking service.
- A day that is easy to scan. Distinguish sample appointment times, services and statuses without relying on colour alone.
- A focused booking journey. Keep the service and availability context near the action. A real build would need conflict handling and confirmation rules.
- Room for exceptions. Account for rescheduling, cancellations and manual review in the workflow rather than treating every booking as identical.
What we would test next
Ask a user to find an available slot, understand a booking status and describe how they would reschedule. Test keyboard access and mobile use with real participants before claiming ease of use.
What this concept does not do
No real calendar, messages, payments, customer records or booking system is connected. Any demo selection is local and does not reserve a time or contact anyone.
A useful reference.
Not a ready-made promise.
If this resembles your workflow, bring your own context. Requirements, feasibility and scope come before commitments.
