Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer cancellations or refunds once a product is downloaded or accessed.
However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The product was not delivered (no download access received).
- There is a technical error on our side and the issue remains unresolved after support intervention.
- The file is completely corrupted or missing.

Please note: Refunds are not applicable for:
- Compatibility issues if requirements were clearly mentioned
